Blackhawk Golf Course – 644 Blackhawk Rd, Beaver Falls, PA 15010
Shotgun 9AM start

Registration and breakfast bar will begin at 7:30am – All golfers must be registered and in their carts by 8:45am.

COST:
$110/person – includes all food and drink

*You may sign up as an individual and we will work on putting you on a team*
*If you do not know your full team yet, that is ok, you can still sign up now and let us know the other golfers later*
